When initiating SuperCharge mode, the
station’s compressor is activated so that the
refrigerant is heated up before entering the
station vessel. As a direct consequence, the
pressure inside the refrigerant tank goes as high
as possible ensuring a continuous refrigerant
transfer to the A/C loop.

The S-Mode (Suction Mode) benefits
from the A/C loop compressor activation
which sucks up the refrigerant remaining in
the hoses. The station extracts the amount
needed to refill the A/C system. In addition,
this mode is also used to charge in severe
conditions (low refrigerant level in the tank
for instance).
The Q-Mode (Quick Mode) is the most
common charge mode. It’s quicker but less
accurate than the S-mode. In fact the pre-
charge phase (Automatic hose compensation)
can be affected by ambient temperature.

Lock System consists in the combination of eco-
patented couplers and a piece of software that smartly
manages the station when decoupling from an A/C loop.
It avoids refrigerant release in the atmosphere when decoupling.
It also prevents air from entering the hoses and therefore non
condensable gas from accessing the station refrigerant tank.

by another one that perfectly
matches the original: same shape
diameter
l Clean the o’ring and the spot

l The o’ring must be lubricated with

Function
Similarly to the thermal expansion
valve, the orifice tube generates a
pressure drop in the A/C circuit just
before the evaporator. That’s how
cold temperature is created in the
A/C system.
Replacement
Due to dirt in the loop, the orifice
tube can become clogged therefore
needing to be replaced.
Recommendations
In case of major clogging, flushing
the loop must be performed before
fitting the new orifice tube.
Function
Caps protect the ports and valves
from damages and dirt. They also
help preventing small refrigerant
leaks on the couplers.
Replacement
Caps must be replaced when
damaged, leaking or every 3 years
on average.
Recommendations
To ensure the best sealing possible
of the loop, replace the cap

leaks on the couplers.
Replacement
Repeated connection to the A/C
ports will lead to valve damage.

Open the bonnet and remove the air intake grill located at the bottom
of the windscreen.
2. Take your cabin air filter(s). If necessary, refer to the technical booklet of the vehicle.
3.
Switch on. Adjust the ventilation system to the maximum (cold position, front
ventilation, air conditioning stopped without interior air recycling).
4. Fix the stem of disperser included in the box on the aerosol.
5.
Slip the stem into the air intake at the bottom of the windscreen and empty the whole
contents of the totality of the aerosol by a series of some 5 second pressures.
Important: The aerosol has to be held vertically.
6. Stop the ventilation. Leave it for 10 minutes.
7. Start again the ventilation in maximum position for 10 minutes.
8. The treatment is finished. Replace your cabin air filter(s)*, then the grill of the air intake.
* we recommend you to replace your worn cabin air filter(s) by a new filter of the Valeo range.
For more effectiveness, disperse a little ClimPurTM
spray on both faces of the new filter(s) before replacing.

Why to change the brake fluid?
Moisture absorption: while DOT Brake fluid
is in a closed brake system, it remains in
contact with air. With time, the moisture
naturally contained in the air contaminates
the brake fluid integrity.
Every year the liquid absorbs between
2 and 4 % of moisture.
As a consequence, water in brake system
leads to:
l A decrease in capacities of lubrication
and protection against corrosion
l The boiling point is getting lower
High temperatures: when the brakes are too
often solicited, the boiling point might be
exceeded. Gas bubbles are produced in
the brake cylinders and calipers (Vapor lock),

The Regloscope™ uses the latest technologies to make the
beam aiming control efficient, easy and quickly
The Regloscope™ is aligned with the vehicle plan by a positioning laser. The
photodiodes around the case detect light intensity and help to centre the
Regloscope™ on the main beam through positioning indications displayed
on the LCD screen. A counterweight system means the case can be moved
up and down without any effort and risk.
The internal panel is equipped with multiple photodiodes which are
sensitive to light intensity. This patented technology measures the beam’s
inclination, lateral moving (azimuth) and light intensity with an accuracy of
0,2% in accordance with latest regulations.
2 different modes for full services
The Regloscope™ has two different modes.
The Adjustment mode displays the different beam measurements in real time on the
LCD screen (beam’s inclination, luminous intensity, dazzling, lateral moving set-up). The
headlamps settings can be corrected directly while taking the measurements.
The Control mode enables a full beam diagnosis through different steps and delivers a
control summary with the mini printer integrated into the Regloscope™’s case.
With the settings you can personalise the printed summary with the workshop’s address
as part of the header and type in the car licence number.
