I am writing to apply for any position in your company. I am graduated in Hospitality
Management in SHRM College and Bachelor in University of Wolverhampton. I therefore feel I
am the best candidate to fill this position.
I have had previous experience as a waiter (part-time and full-time) at some restaurants
in Vietnam, and I can also assist in the bar or kitchen. In addition, I can speak English and
Vietnamese well. In the program of my advanced diploma, I have a lot of modules for me to
practice my waitressing skills with fold the napkin, set-up the table, change cutlery, make up a
drink including mocktail, coffee and tea, taking orders, working in a team and maintain high level
of service to guest with American service or France service. In the program of my degree, I
have to knowledge of events and tourism management at both the domestic and international
levels, practices to planning, funding and promoting an event, understanding the food and
beverage industry, examining the operations, characteristics, development and financial
management of the hospitality industry. Guests have often complimented me on my attention to
their needs. I am someone who is always being on time, details reactive and hard-working. I
have a responsibility with my jobs, and I accept the challenge, so I will learn if I do not know.
Concerning the work time I can ability in shift, weekends, and public holidays.
