We take raw data of top 10 driver issues, which our
representatives find difficult to deal with
Analysing root cause of the confusion regarding the
instructions present in resources
Creation of learning resources by enhancing the available
knowledge base resources in more detailed manner
Providing the enhanced resource to our representatives to
build better understanding of the product
Monitor the results and upcoming issues by feedback
