Subject: HALLWAYS/LOBBY PROJECT
Dear neighbors,
We are happy to inform you that the hallways/lobby project will commence tomorrow January
10, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. Workers will begin by ripping off tiles in the lobby, the elevators and
elevator landings and these will immediately be replaced with the new ones. You will also find
workers in the hallways taking measurements, painting and installing chair rails and crown
moldings.
All doors, including elevators, exit and apartment doors will be painted. You will be advised as
to when and how this will be done. New carpets will be installed last.
We know all this work, particularly the noise, will inconvenience all residents, but we believe the
end result will be worth it. We thank you indeed for your patience.
