Sex is a sacred and sensual practice that is a beautiful gift from God. Christians have no reason to have sexual hangups!

 Sexy- Marked by or tending to arouse sexual
desire or interest.
 Sexuality- The properties that distinguish
organisms on the basis of their reproductive
roles. A person's tendency of sexual
attraction.
 Spirituality- Concerned with things of the
spirit

4. What does the Bible say?
 Genesis 2:24 – “For this reason a man will leave his father and mother
and be united to his wife, and they will become one flesh.” (NIV)
 Proverbs 5:18-19 – “May your fountain be blessed, and may you rejoice in
the wife of your youth. A loving doe, a graceful deer — may her breasts
satisfy you always, may you ever be captivated by her love.” (NIV)
 Song of Songs 7:6 –9 “How fair and pleasant you are, O loved one,
delectable maiden! You are stately* as a palm tree, and your breasts are
like its clusters. I say I will climb the palm tree and lay hold of its
branches. O may your breasts be like clusters of the vine, and the scent
of your breath like apples, and your kisses like the best wine that goes

 1 Corinthians 7: 2-5 “But because of cases of sexual immorality, each man
should have his own wife and each woman her own husband. The husband
should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her
husband. For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the
husband does; likewise the husband does not have authority over his own
body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another except perhaps by
agreement for a set time, to devote yourselves to prayer, and then come
together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of

6. Is Sexual Pleasure Good for Us?
Yes. Sexual pleasure can be important to our
emotional and physical health and well-being.
A healthy sex life has been associated with:
 better reproductive and sexual health
 better general health
 better sleep
 reduced stress and tension
 increased self-esteem
 a more youthful appearance
 better fitness
 a longer life
 goosts libido

7.  eases depression
 releases pain
 helps wound healing
 counters prostate cancer
 great cardiovascular exercise
 strengthens immune system
 Lowers risk of heart attack
 Improves women’s bladder control

11.  Technically fornication in the bible is not the same
meaning as fornication we know of today. The
modern meaning came into being in the 1300s.
 Biblically fornication means idolatry, harlotry, or
adultery. Therefore, it is debatable if premarital sex
is a biblical sin. However, the bible only promotes sex
within the context of marriage. (See Gen. 2:24-25,
Matt. 19:4-5, 1. Cor. 7:2-5, 1 Tim. 3:2 & 12)

15.  Sex keeps relationships filled with peace and
enjoyment. Sex is a perk of love that should
be fulfilling for both parties.
 Take care of the body God gave you and stay
sexy for your partner. Attraction is a vital
part of sensuality.
 There are health benefits for having an
active sex life.
 A bit of love and lust is the sexiest part of
sex.

18. Whoa….Stop!
Sexual health is paramount!
 Use condoms to prevent unwanted
pregnancy, HIV/AIDS, and STDs.
 Get yearly exams to make sure you are in
good health.
 Your body is a temple. Be care who you let
invade.
 Use birth control (condoms, the pill, etc…) to
prevent unwanted pregnancies.
