This is in follow-up to Vogel Denise Newsome’s PREVIOUS faxes and emails to
you regarding U.S. EEOC’s (Jackson, MS) Area Director Wilma Jones Scott and
Federal Investigator’s Willie Churchill’s CONTINUED HARASSMENT of Newsome.
PLEASE NOTE: By copy of this Fax and/or Email, the U.S. EEOC (Jackson,
MS) and U.S. EEOC Office of Federal Operations are being Notified!
As you know, the EEOC’s Wilma Jones Scott DISMISSED the above EEOC
Charge on or about Friday, February 20, 2015, alleging Newsome’s Charge was
UNTIMELY Filed (when it was NOT)!
On Friday, February 27, 2015, Newsome was advised that the EEOC’s Area
Director Wilma Jones Scott advised her to submit documentation “IN WRITING”
requesting that her Charge be reopened.
On Monday, March 2, 2015, Newsome complied with Ms. Scott’s request and
submitted to the EEOC (Jackson, MS) her pleading entitled:

On Saturday, March 7, 2015, Newsome faxed correspondence to the EEOC
regarding:
RESPONSE TO TELEPHONE REQUESTS TO CONTACT
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY COMMISSION and
REQUEST FOR WRITTEN CORRESPONDENCE THAT EEOC
CHARGE NO. 423-2015-00802 HAS BEEN RE-OPENED
On Wednesday, March 11, 2015, Newsome’s employment with Merchants
FoodService was TERMINATED!
On Thursday, March 12, 2015, here comes the EEOC’s Willie Churchill
HARASSING Newsome via telephone and the EEOC’s FAILURE to comply with
Newsome’s March 7, 2015, request to provide her with “WRITTEN” documentation
that the above referenced Charge has been RE-OPENED!
On Saturday, March 21, 2015, in the PRESERVATION of Newsome’s rights
and KNOWLEDGE of the DILIATORY and CRIMINAL practices of the EEOC
(Jackson, MS) Office’s ACTS to OBSTUCT the ADMINISTRATION OF JUSTICE,
Newsome proceeded to file with the U.S. EEOC’s Office of Federal Operations a
TIMELY “NOTICE OF APPEAL/PETITION.”
On Tuesday, March 24, 2015, AGAIN, (IGNORING Newsome’s request to be
advised that the above referenced Charge that Area Director Wilma Jones Scott was so
“QUICK FINGERED” to EXECUTE a “Dismissal and Notice of Rights” on), here comes
Federal Investigator Willie Churchill’s again, placing a HARASSING phone call to
Newsome and FAILING to comply with her timely March 7, 2015 demands to provide
her with “WRITTEN” documentation that the EEOC Charge has been RE-OPENED!
MATTER OF PUBLIC POLICY/PUBLIC INTERESTS: Congressman Bennie
Thompson, this instant correspondence is submitted to your attention for purposes
of you and your office assisting Newsome in obtaining the MANDATORY required
documentation from the EEOC (Jackson, MS) as well as the U.S. EEOC’s Office Of
Federal Operations that Newsome’s Charge has been RE-OPENED! Furthermore,
requesting that during the course of the EEOC’s handling of Newsome’s Charge
whether or not CRIMINAL Acts (OBSTRUCTION of a Federal Investigation,
Harassment, Threats, Bribes, Blackmail, etc.) on the part of the EEOC and its Legal
Counsel Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz and others exist for
purposes of OBSTRUCTING Federal Investigation(s) in the above referenced EEOC
Charge.
FURTHERMORE, Congressman Bennie Thompson, please provide information to
Vogel Denise Newsome as to WHY the EEOC has FAILED to comply with
Newsome’s TIMELY and PROPERLY WRITTEN demands in that said
INVESTIGATIONS and REQUESTS are within the U.S. Congress’s JURISDICTION:
