handling of her Charge/Complaint No. 423-2015-00802 (Vogel Denise Newsome
vs. First Heritage Credit LLC) as well as concerns regarding the United States of
America’s Legal Counsel Baker Donelson Berman Caldwell & Berkowitz’
(hereinafter “Baker Donelson” and includes its Lawyers/Attorneys, Lobbyists,
Advisors, Agents, Employees, Representatives, Clients, etc.) role(s) in the
RACIST/DISCRIMINATORY/TERRORIST attacks leveled against Newsome; PLEASE
BE ADVISED that (as a matter of law) Newsome is entitled to be advised of ALL
CONFLICT-OF-INTERESTS that exist in the handling of the requested
MANDATORY inquiry(s)/investigation(s) and HOW such CONFLICT-OF-INTEREST
issues are RESOLVED - i.e. matters of PUBLIC POLICY,

VIOLATION of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and appears seeks to
PUNISH and TARGET “Whistleblowers” and “Members of Protected Class,
