I have to inform you that the intake officer for the Commission will be out of the office until at least after the New Year’s

I just wanted to take the time to pass on a copy of a recent Court “ORDER” dated 01/03/14 (EMPHASIS
ADDED) – the day AFTER the posting of the 12/26/13 Pleading at

THREATS and efforts of further MISLEADING the PUBLIC as it relates to this lawsuit. As a matter of law, I
have the legal right to CONTEST the 01/03/14 ORDER and intend to do so WITHIN the timeframe allowed to
file OPPOSITION pleading. Furthermore, I look forward to using the FIFTH Circuit Court of Appeals decision in
Newsome v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, 301 F.3d 227 which states in part:
Newsome also is not entitled to the writ because she has another adequate remedy available,
i.e. she could file suit in court against her employer. . . .
as well as my SUCCESS in the Entergy matter when the FIFTH Circuit ruled in my favor regarding the matter in

matter. Not only that, how Judge G. Thomas Porteous has been IMPEACHED for taking BRIBES,
KICKBACKS, etc. for purposes of THROWING lawsuits and to feed his GAMBLING addiction, etc. The
Newsome vs. Entergy matter is also one in which the Law Firm (Owens Law Firm) at which I was employed
offered to help in my legal representation “PRO BONO” - please see the Affidavit of Attorney Rajita Moss at

want to TURN DOWN the assistance of another law firm? I gathered that it was in keeping with
Baker Donelson’s Ku Klux Klan WHITECAPPING practices in THREATENING the attorneys/lawyers that I
would retain to represent me for purposes of obtaining an UNLAWFUL/UNDUE advantage in the lawsuits
brought AGAINST their clients. Nevertheless, even as a PRO SE litigant, Baker Donelson end up taking a
SHELLACKING which I believed caused them to “TUCK TAIL” and CONTINUE their CRIMINAL/CIVIL
wrongs “behind-the-scenes” USING “FRONTING” Law Firms to SHIELD/HIDE their involvement in legal
matters.
Now in the Mitchell McNutt & Sams (“MMS”) matter the Court/Judge Louis Guirola wants to become
HOSTILE and RETALIATE by issuing THREATS and UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL Sanctions against me – See the
01/03/14 “ORDER SANCTIONING PLAINTIFF AND PREVENTING PLAINTIFF FROM FILING
ADDITIONAL PLEADINGS UNLESS GRANTED PRIOR APPROVAL FROM A JUDGE OF THIS

COURT” attached. You see, first they come AFTER my jobs to FINANCIALLY devastate me and to
OBSTRUCT my abilities to litigate the matters. Then when they FAIL there, they move to impose their
THREATS thinking that I will back down - - - WRONG! !!!! This is WHY I have requested that the Kentucky
Commission on Human Rights file the applicable legal actions on my behalf - i.e. INJUNCTIONS, RESTAINING
ORDERS, documents to get monies returned (BACK PAY, ESCROW, RETAINERS, etc.) – see the
DAMAGES/RELIEF SOUGHT and RELIEF SOUGHT Sections of the 12/26/13 Complaint filed with the KCHR.
Attached is a STAMPED “FILED” copy of the pleading as well as the COLOR version of this pleading
that I look to post in Social Forums that it appears the U.S. District Court Southern District of Mississippi/Judge
Guirola has become so HOSTILE behind and wants to issue FRIVOLOUS Sanctions against me for. I am looking
forward to adding it to my Social Forum(s) at www.SlideShare.net/VogelDenise as well as onto the website at
www.vogeldenisenewsome.net. All I know is that the BLACK-Americans (Judges and Attorney)
that started out on this Case when it was FIRST filed back in December 2010 are NOT
showing their presence in MMS lawsuit now. WOW!! I wonder WHY?
Based upon the OVER 25 years of STALKING me from job-to-job/employer-to-employer
and state-to-state, I KNEW that once I provided information regarding the 12/26/13 pleading (KCHR

DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL AND OBJECTIONS RE TEXT ORDER and DEMAND FOR JURY TRIAL”
was a “tough pill to swallow” and RETALIATED by attempting to UNLAWFULLY/ILLEGALLY sanction me, I
wonder what the BACKLASH (if any) will be from the January 17, 2014 pleading.
From the recently submitted January 17, 2014 pleading submitted for filing with the United States District Court
(Jackson, MS) and the December 26, 2013 Complaint filed with the Kentucky Commission on Human Rights
(“KCHR”) one can see what has happened to my legal counsel/attorneys – i.e. being subjected to KU KLUX
KLAN “WHITECAPPING” practices if they represented me in legal matters/lawsuits. Not only that, that
while my attorney(s) were being THREATENED and unlawfully/illegally ABANDONING me, to Baker
Donelson’s DISAPPOINTMENT I was NOT going to allow the KU KLUX KLAN to DICTATE and
CONTROL my life. Just as PROMINENT Civil Rights Leaders REFUSED to back down to such

The attached is information that I cut & pasted from an email received in response to an interview
I had on last week with the Mississippi Center for Justice. During the interview, I was advised
that a decision would be made on Tuesday (01/21/14). Therefore, I followed up on Wednesday

(01/22/14). However, prior to sending an email to see if a decision was made, I decided to visit
this agency’s website because during the interview, I gathered they liked me and advised that upon
receipt of my Resume, it was one that “rose to the top.”
Well when viewing the Mississippi Center for Justice’s website (on yesterday 01/22/14), I decided
to look and see who was on the “BOARD of Directors.” ONE GUESS who SITS on the TOP
as CHAIR for this Agency? Yes, Baker Donelson Bearman Caldwell & Berkowitz. I’m trying
to figure out HOW one Law Firm has been given SO MUCH POWER! This is
RIDICULOUS!
Not only that, I am finding out that MANY of the Employment Agencies have now
IMPLEMENTED an UNLAWFUL/ILLEGAL hiring practice that requires employees to
“WAIVE” protected rights by allowing them to conduct investigations into their employment
history to determine if they have engaged in lawsuits/EEOC investigations – PROTECTED
Activities. Employment Agencies CANNOT do this! Then they have the AUDACITY to have
their employees EXECUTE documents releasing them from LIABILITY as well as AGREEING
to MEDIATION, etc. This is ILLEGAL/UNLAWFUL! Also from my understanding (i.e.
experience with working with Lawyers/Attorneys as well as research), the Employment Agencies
and/or Employer(s) using such practices MUST make it KNOWN to applicants of the
WAIVING of “PROTECTED RIGHTS” in signing such documents. Otherwise, the
employees’ signatures have been obtained through FRAUDULENT practices which make any
such Agreement the Employment Agency and/or Employers they send Contract/Temporary
Employees to NULL/VOID and/or UNENFORCEABLE! This appears to be the issue (i.e.
RETALIATION because of knowledge that employee engaged in protected activities) ADECCO
had in the Jeffrey A. Byard matter which led the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission
(EEOC) to file legal action AGAINST Adecco – See EEOC Byard Complaint attached as well as
EXHIBIT “D” of the 12/26/13 Kentucky Commission on Human Rights Complaint.
