1. Why do I need a Turning Account?
Insight 360 Cloud is connected to a Turning Account system, a central unified account network
that manages all eInstruction by Turning Technologies products. Registering for a Turning
Account ensures you have access to all Insight 360 Cloud functionality and features as well
future cloud-based solutions.
Is there a different set of licensing within Insight 360 Cloud?
Insight 360 Cloud offers Standard and Mobile editions to meet your educational needs.
Standard version works with Turning Technologies response keypads as well as legacy
eInstruction by Turning Technologies clickers. Mobile empowers tools commonly available from
Apple and Google.
Is Insight 360 Cloud compatible with Chrome OS applications?
Yes, Insight 360 Cloud provides the opportunity for a student to experience the features and
functionality of a tablet on Chromebook devices and Chrome browsers installed on any laptop
through the Chrome OS Store. Please note you will still need to have a desktop computer or
laptop in order to install and run Insight 360 Cloud host software. A teacher app version for
Chrome OS will be released in the near future.
Is my data safe in Insight 360 Cloud?
Insight 360 Cloud empowers your local network only (except for Web Access). Security
measures already in place by your local IT administrator keeps data secured within Insight 360
Cloud and on your computer.
I currently have a version of Insight 360. Do I need to pay to use Insight 360 Cloud?
Yes, Insight 360 Cloud is connected to a Turning Account, which requires a license fee. You

Am I able to still use Insight 360 Web Access with Insight 360 Cloud?
Web Access has been reengineered to be viewed on smaller screens, perfect for BYOD
environments with mobile devices in place.
Is ExamView still included with Insight 360 Cloud?
ExamView Assessment Suite 9.0 is included with the purchase of Insight 360. The new and
improved version of ExamView resolved prior issues with modern operating systems including
Windows 8 and MAC OS X Yosemite.
Can I preview Insight 360 Cloud with my Chrome devices implemented in the classroom?
The Chrome App is being tested and released as a Beta. If interested in taking part in a Beta of

With Insight 360 Cloud, do I have access to any cloud-based services?
Our Android and Chrome applications have direct access to cloud-storage, including Google
