The 6th Annual Eastern WV Panhandle GIS Users Group Annual Forum was held on August 24th 2012 with 49 people attending. Presentations and the agenda can be found online. The conference was organized by a committee from HEPMPO/Region 9 and Jefferson County GIS. Sponsors included WVAGP, Region 9, and Jefferson County GIS. Speakers presented on topics such as LiDAR acquisition, web maps, water budgets, iPad applications, photo mapping, and ArcGIS.com. Jessica Gormont from Jefferson County GIS won first place in the map gallery awards.
