 未來99 年間 (即租約期限內) ,新方
案每年為房屋局帶來3千萬至5千萬美
元的收入。
 新資金將用於改善轄下公房區的基建
設施, 以提高居民生活質素。
 新方案更為紐約市增加約800 間廉租
住宅資源,造福低收入家庭。
 公房住戶可優先申請入住廉租單位。

 為公房居民創造就業機會 – 建
築地盤工作或其它固定職業。
 加強整個公房區的保安系統。
