In this guide we will walk you through the
Guests, Requests and Special offers sections of
Webiny Booking System.
This guide covers:
3. View guests
• In the View guests
section you have
an overview of all
your guests. You
can add a new
guest by clicking
on the „Add guest“
button.
• You can edit a
guest, view guest
information or
view guest
statistics from the
guest list.
4. Guest statistics
• In the Guest statistics you can see an overview of bookings made each
season, an average stay (in days) and the average guest spending.
5. Requests
• What are requests?
• Every time a visitor to your website fills out a
form it is registered as a request in your
booking system.
6. View requests
• The View requests section holds
all your received requests. You
can filter them by language,
status, type, guest,
accommodation and date range.
When you select a request from
the list you will see a request
details below the list. The details
contain request ID, type, arrival
and departure dates, request
date, number of adults, youths,
children and pets. The request
details also contain client details
that include client ID, name,
email, language, country, phone,
GSM, address, city and ZIP.
• If the selected request has offers
and invoices they will be shown
to the right of the request
details.
• You can create a new offer by
clicking on the „New Offer“
button.
7. Special offers
• What are special offers?
• Special offers are used to give special
discounts for a certain time period.
• The special offer discount can be either a
percentage or a fixed amount.
8. View special offers
• View special offers section gives you an overview of all your special offers. You can
create a new special offer directly from here by clicking on the „New special offer“
button. You can edit, view or delete special offers from the list.
9. New special offer
• To create a new special offer, the
first thing you need to do is to
select the special offer template.
• In the special offer details you
need to select the type of special
offer (accommodation or lot), add
a campaign name, define the start
and end dates, specify the
discount and discount type
(percentage or amount) and lastly
the special offer status (enabled
or disabled).
• In the Language data you need to
define the special offer
name, anchor and URL slug.
Under menu association you can
select the menus that will hold
the special offer.
• The Description editor at the
bottom is used for content that
will be displayed on the special
offer page.
