I have known Bill Hixon for 5 years. I havebeen involved with Bill in severalcapacities.
Bill and I have attended Grace Community Church together since wemet. We served as
deacons together in that timeframe. Bill has a great attitude and is willing to help in any way
needed. Bill has a servant’s personality and would go aboveand beyond to servemembers of
the church. Bill and I have also coached youth baseball together for about 4 years or so. Bill
works greatwith kids. He delivers instructions well and the boys responded to him great. Bill
also had positive interactions with the parents and other coaches as well. Bill is looked up to in
the baseballcommunity and has a great reputation.
Lastly I directly supervised Bill at Harold Zeigler Ford Lincoln. Bill was a salesmen in the
pre-owned department that I managed. Bill was in a lot of ways my righthand man. He would
help me with a lot of my duties when time was a issue. Bill stocked in trades, helped with
auction cars as well as always being willing to help train new staff. Bill’s ability to determine a
customer’s needs and doing his best to fit them was a skill that is hard to find today. In his role
as a salesmen he displayed his servantattitude well to his customers. Bill worked greatwith
other staff and was a respected employee.
Finally, Bill would be a great addition to organization. I have been in management for
years and it is hard to find dedicated, trustworthy and loyalemployees. Bill superseded all
