Fielding Crawford is currently the offensive coordinator for the Uni-
versity of Richmond Men's Lacrosse Team. Crawford helped guide  Great Attitude
Richmond to a successful inaugural season as a varsity club pro-
gram.

Crawford's coaching experience includes an Assistant Coach posi-
tion with the East Carolina men's club team in 2004. He served as  Grass Fields
Coach at Lafayette High School in Williamsburg from 2005–07, and
as JV Head Coach at Deep Run High School in Richmond from  Reversible Camp Jersey
2009–10.
