51. What We Can Do?Saving Energy and Energy Conservation In your home, you can save energy by turning off appliances, TVs and radios that are not being used, watched or listened to. Turn that light bulb off. You can turn off lights when no one is in the room. Use energy-saving lamps By putting insulation in walls and attics, we can reduce the amount of energy it takes to heat or cool our homes. Use renewable energy to compliment electricity from PLN, such as electricity from solar, wind, geothermal and hydro. Save water. Water pump and water heater use high wattage. Do not run tap water when brushing your teeth. Save water in the toilet, use dual flush toilet. Your ACs need routine maintenance. Use low wattage electronic appliances that labeled “Non CFC”
