Scope consists of engineering, procurement, construction, testing & pre‐commissioning,
commissioning of the Upgrade Waste water & Spent Caustic Systems at Juaymah Gas Plant as LSTK
(Lump Sum Turn Key) Saudi Aramco Contract. These facilities comprising mainly of two (2) Walnut
Shell Filters, Spent caustic Storage & Handling system including tanks & pumps, Membrane
Bioreactor (MBR) system (3trains each at 50% flow), approx. 2,700 cu. m / day plant capacity,
90,000 gallons irrigation water storage tank with associated piping & pumps, electrical &
instrumentation system for the new facilities, piping and pumps to connect the spent caustic
storage tank with plant systems, demolish the existing Sanitary Treatment Plant after
commissioning the new facilities, 36 inch outfall header pipes, and related
civil/structural/Architectural works.
