26. Strategic Committee: it decides the Conference’s mission and entrusts the presidency (chair) to one person whose task it is to form the Programme Committee and to submit a draft programme. The Strategic Committee either approves the programme or requests changes.

27. Programme Committee: it is chaired by a different person each year. It receives a mandate from the Strategic Committee. The Committee chooses speakers and panelists, along with the activities surrounding the conference (workshops, demos, posters etc.).

35. Round table –Not just technology but persons Not just technology, but persons. Who needs whom? We often talk about “new technologies” and never about “old” ones. But today, they are all technologies, so the question becomes: how can we adopt-absorb-guide technologies instead of being guided by them? Art and affectivecomputing / Interaction and Dialogue in web communications of the future The domain of art developed considerably thanks to digital technologies.At the same time within the scenario of social computing, recognition and the creation of emotion in people and property in avatar (Affective Computing) has become one of the key to the success of several initiatives.The market for games, serious or not, is growing every year to an unprecedented level. In trade, for example, analysis of past human behavior serves to make adaptive systems, higher performance and then optimize the economic performance. Online advertising can be an effect of stimulating emotions. At the same time computational models of emotions are produced and implemented for other socially important purposes, like education, inclusion, health care. As an example of computer-based biology, today are developed humanoid robots that provide emotional behaviors inspired man, considered useful for different purposes. Not only is the Web 2.0 allows people to produce as well as consume information, but the shift from product-centric architectures to service-oriented requires the integration of technology and people within the infrastructure.Services are developed independently of whether they have been discovered, activities, paid, offered, created, produced, consumed, made, negotiated, validated, paid ... by machines or by people. The transition requires additional properties typical of the social life of people, like the interaction, dialogue, reputation and the like. Theories like those of speech acts, historically developed from the Philosophy of Language, or deontic logic, rules and norms of law and jurisprudence, they become eligible for advanced ICT solutions. Innovation in businesses and institutions Of course, ICT can help women "as consumers of services" as part of their professional activity, employment opportunities, including distance and videoconferencing for virtual meetings can modify the traditional situation of "lack of time" women's overloaded commitments.However this is not the only perspective that we wish to propose with innovation related to ICT. Digital technologies may pave the way for entirely new ways to produce and deliver services, or they can also promote the identification of new products and new services, such as digital signature, e-mail certificates, electronic invoicing, e -procurement, storage and replacement of document management.
