   Fewer complaints
   Customers return to purchase again
   New customers come from
    recommendations
Profitably
   Most marketing is concerned with achieving
    an objective set by a firm, using profit
   Done by controlling costs, operating
    efficiently, being dependable, keeping up to
    date, good management.
