2. Introduction
Good morning 7BG and Ms Yip,
Strong, brave, good-looking, some-one who has a special talent or
power, unique logo and custom-made costume is what is said to
be a superhero. This idea of a superhero is usually defined as
‘stereotypical’. I definitely agree that heroes are not stereotypical
and can be anyone who could make a difference positively in
anyone’s life. Stereotypical heroes can be seen in movies
such as: ‘Shrek, Champions, Megamind and the Incredibles’.

3. Why I disagree?
Heroes are definitely not stereotypical, and this can be observed in
football matches. ‘Hazem El- Masri’, a footy legend is an example of a
non-stereotypical hero. He is an ordinary man, who doesn't have a
custom costume or unique logo, but he is somebody who has allowed
others to look and by helping his team mates have hope, leading them
and him to the highest level of NRL. "For me, rugby league is the greatest
game of all and it just seems with all the hardships we've been through,
Hazem has been a shining light his entire career”, says Steve Mortimer,
another footy legend.

4. Conclusion
Anyone can understand that heroes are definitely not
stereotypical as anyone could be a hero. Hazem el- masri is an
example of a non-stereotypical hero. He did many things that a
stereotyped hero will not have or do. These things can include not
having a custom costume or logo specially designed for him. He
also didn't have long hair and was definitely not a prince.
