Diva Clean Janitorial was established in 2009 as a residential/commercial cleaning service. The
Diva Clean team has over 20 years of residential/commercial cleaning experience. We have

Quality Assurance
To ensure Diva Clean Janitorial is meeting your commercial cleaning needs, we offer the
following services:
✓ Onsite supervision at all times to ensure task completion;
✓ All staff is provided four (4) days of commercial cleaning training prior to receiving a
work schedule assignment;
✓ All staff is required to complete quarterly Diva Clean Janitorial training sessions;
✓ Clients will be periodically contacted by telephone, email or U.S. Postal Mail to ensure
quality of work/compliance is as expected.
Pricing
MoveIn/Move Out Apartment Cleaning:
1 Bedroom $1XX
2 Bedroom $1XX
3 Bedroom $1XX
Service Agreement
A one (1) year service agreement is required. This serves as written evidence that both parties
have agreed to the services and the price(s) for all services provided. Our service agreements
prescribe a thirty (30) day cancellation with written notice that may be exercised by either party.

4. Scheduling
Diva Clean Janitorial requires twentyfour (24) hour advance notice for units to be cleaned.
Notice must be emailed to sampleclean_diva@yahoo.com or text to (904) 555.9226. Diva Clean
Janitorial will respond to notice within three (3) business hours to confirm notice received and
advise cleaning schedule of units.
Invoicing
Diva Clean Janitorial will issue a biweekly invoice by email to WestChase Sample Apartments
or the pay agent as identified in the Service Agreement for payment purposes. Payment of
accurate invoices shall be made directly to Diva Clean Janitorial within fifteen (15) days of the
invoice date.
