COMMITMENT
• Annual Subscription service (AS) runs on a calendar year basis, from January 1st to December 31st, 2013. Thus, reports
not selected during that period will not be refunded nor postponed to the next year. All report bundles reset to zero at year
end and cannot be extended across calendar years. Customers can upgrade their AS at any time during the year and
always get the best available price. A process fee of Euro 500 is required for each upgrade.
• Yole Développement distributes reports from other publishers. Our annual subscription service does not include
publications from our partners. However, on a case by case basis, some can be included as 1 report, please contact us to
discuss the possibility.
• As an additional bonus, annual subscribers of all Yole Developpement’s reports, can get reports from System Plus
Consulting with corporate license for the price of the one user license.
• Cost simulation tools are excluded from all types of AS. Patent investigation reports can be included in «AS of X reports»
but is excluded from the «all published reports offer» (full AS).
