Municipality of Gobabis as on the of the active employee for the past 10 years.
Ms. Kavezepa has been employed as an Administrative Officer since December 2006 and
was promoted to a position of a Community Development Officer during 2013. He is a
valuable community activist who served in many local community committees, to
mention a few; Constituency Development Committee, Omaheke Maternal Waiting
Shelter, Regional Aids Coordinating Committee (RACOC), NAPWU Vice Chairperson,
Old Age Homes Chairperson, Chairperson: Gobabis Urban Wellness and Affirmative
Action Committee member.
She contributed a lot in terms of Local Economic development of our beloved town of
Gobabis through submission of proposals in writing as well as in Council Community
meeting and many development orientated platforms.
Ms. Ivonne Kavezepa is a very hardworking, trustworthy and responsible person with
great communication skill. He is a very open minded person with a very strong ability
and humble willingness to serve. “Her eagerness to serve gave her a great passion and
love for community service.
