the activity of which is focused on manufacture and supply of
hi-tech equipment for atomic, chemical, metallurgical, gas and oil
production and processing industry. The list of our equipment
includes heat exchangers, tanks, mass transfer equipment and
other non-standardized fitment. The manufacture is organized
on the production site of OOO "Ozyorsk plant of non-standard
equipment".

Air purification devices
Settling of particles, suspended in the gas flow, in centrifugal
dedusters (cyclones) is carried out in the centrifugal force field.
The gas to be purified is fed to centrifugal deduster through the
conduit, which is tangential to cylindrical section of device. As a
result, the gas is revolved around the exhaust pipe inside the
cyclone. Under action of centrifugal force, resulted from the gas
rotary motion, the heavily weighted solid particles are thrown
aside from the periphery centre, settled on the wall and then
removed from device through the flared section.
Principle of operation
The cyclones of CN, COK type and high-speed washer SIОТ are
intended for dry purification of dust-laden gas from the different
kinds of inexplosive non-coherent dust, originated in the course
of technological drying, baking, agglomeration or fuel burning, as
well as for aspiration air purification in iron industry and
nonferrous metallurgy, in chemical and engineering industry, in
production of building materials, in wood industry and other
branches.
Application
The main constructional materials are carbon steel, stainless steel
and their combinations.
Basic characteristics
Main groups
High-speed washer SIOT is designed to purify the dust-laden air
in the exhaust ventilation installations from the different kinds of
wettable dust, with the exception of cementing and fibrous dust
and condensation aerosols. Purification efficiency comes up to
99% and does not depend on device dimensions. This makes it
possible to use the apparatus with greater unit capacity.
CYCLONE CN-11
separation of dry dust suspended particles, sedimented on the
floor, walls and equipment, from air in the working areas and
galleries, where the bulk materials are transported.
CYCLONE CVP
dust-loaded air purification prior to its discharge into
atmosphere. It is recommended for any types of non-cementing
dust, including dust, resulted from processing and transportation
of sand, clay, coal, limestone, abrasives etc.
CYCLONE COK
purification of air, originated from the local exhausts and loaded
with non-coherent dry dust, as well as purification of air from

with a tilt towards material discharge. The operation is continuous.

Apparatus with mixing device has the following main components:

Apparatus with mixing devices are intended for storage, mixing,
heat-mass-exchange and carrying out of physical and chemical
reactions in operating environments, the basic component of
which is a liquid. The operating environment can be neutral,
aggressive, fire dangerous, explosive, as well as it can be toxic
liquids, emulsions, liquid-gas mixtures or suspensions at
temperature from – 30 °С to + 250 °С.

LLC “Promatomexport” produces devices by use of the leakproof
magnetic couplings, intended for transmission of rotation from
the drive to the mixing device shaft of vertical apparatus.
Synchronous rotation is transferred through a solid wall by
means of a magnetic field. Due to this the absolute tightness is
reached during process realization.

Our enterprise can produce equipment with a wide range of
parameters and use different constructional materials, e.g. carbon
steel, stainless steel, nickel-base titanium alloys.

Column apparatus are intended to carry out the mass transfer
processes (rectification, absorption, desorption) in the
production of some chemical products, as well as for cooling,
humidification and purification of gases. They are used in the oil
refining, gas-processing, petrochemical, coke-chemical, chemical
industry and in the other industry branches.
Column apparatus
Reactors are intended to carry out the chemical reactions of ionic
polymerization, addition polymerization, polycondensation,
hydrolysis; they are also used in such technological processes,
as thermal, catalytical and hydrocracking, catalytical reforming,
alkylation, hydrofining and hydrogenation. The apparatus consist
of the all-welded body or body with removable lid, casing and
mixing device with a drive. Technological connecting branches
for product input, thermometer pocket and observation glasses
are located on the top of all-welded body or lid. The apparatus
are equipped with the vane-type or anchor mixing devices with a
drive. The mixer shaft can have a face or gland seal.
Reactors
Evaporating equipment is used for concentration of aqueous
solutions in the production of mineral salts, organic
semiproducts and fertilizers, protein-vitamin concentrates, feed
yeast, for concentration of milk and whey, production of juice
concentrates and other products, as well as for regeneration of
different solutions with the view of their return into the
technological cycle and thermal dewatering of industrial
effluents. The devices are manufactured with natural and forced
circulation, coaxial and remote heating cell.

This group contains the large quantity of equipment intended for
intake, storage, distribution and conducting of technological
processes for different liquid and gaseous mediums (petroleum
products, acids, alkalis and their aqueous solutions, solutions and
melts of salt etc.). This equipment is used in various industry
branches, including oil-refining and gas-processing industry.

Tanks
Depending on type, we can produce double-wall tanks, tanks for
filling, tanks with pressure up to 1.6 MPa, tanks with mixing
devices, heated tanks and tanks with operation temperature from
- 70° С to +300° С. The main constructional materials are carbon
steel, stainless steel, titanium, special steels and alloys. The
equipment manufacturing is performed according to both
standard and individual projects.

Horizontal and vertical tanks with elliptic and conic
bottoms (GEE, GKK, VEE, VKE)
These tanks are intended for intake, storage and delivery of liquid
and gaseous mediums and can be used as settling reservoirs. The
working pressure is 0.6 to 1.6 MPa.
Vertical steel tanks
Vertical steel tanks are intended for aboveground and
underground storage of dark-oil and light-oil products, as well as
for storage of aggressive and nonaggressive chemical products.
Cylindrical vertical reservoirs made of steel are manufactured by
industrial method of rolling of the welded strip panels gathered
from the separate sheets shaped on perimeter. Furthermore, the
reservoirs' metal works can be manufactured with the
single-sheet walls and bottoms by use of the sheets of maximum
size.
Air collectors are intended for reduction of pressure fluctuation
in air channels and for provision of air reserve. They can be used
as receivers and vessels for storage of nitrogen, argon and other
inert gases. Working pressure is 0.4 to 1.4 MPa.

the customer's request, the equipment can be produced with a

Equipment for carbon
black manufacturing
Carbon black is a product of thermal oxidative decomposition of
carbohydrates in the gaseous phase. Raw material for production
is a complex multicomponent system composed of oil and coal
products. Carbon black is an important component of rubber and
is used as its reinforcer. Carbon black improves strength and
hardness of the rubber and extends the lifetime of rubber articles.
It can be also used as filler for polyethylene goods.

Equipment for carbon black manufacturing
Our enterprise jointly with OOO “Tekhinzhiniring” (Yaroslavl)
and OAO “SverdNIIkhimmash” (Yekaterinburg), has developed
and started the production of equipment for carbon black
preparation: air heaters, units with gas coolers and hopper soot
concentrators.

Radiochemical equipment
LLC “Promatomexport” fulfills the orders for manufacturing of
the products for nuclear industry. The equipment production
meets all requirements of RF Rostekhnadzor and Vienna
Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage dated 1997.
The main customers in this branch are FSUE “Mayak” PA,
JSC “SCC RIAR”, OAO “SverdNIIkhimmash”, OAO “TVEL”,
OOO “Kvant” and FGUP “Rodon”. In summer 2005 LLC
Promatomexport” jointly with R&D Company SOSNY
(Dimitrovgrad), FGUP OKB “Gidropress” (Podolsk) and OAO
“TVEL” (Moscow) started the production of equipment for Paks
Nuclear Power Plant (Hungary). The equipment production was
performed in time and with appropriate quality. In autumn of the
same year the acceptance certificate for “working site for operation
in well No. 1 of Paks Nuclear Power Plant” was signed.

Separators
Separator is a horizontal apparatus, equipped with the
impingement plate for coarse separation of the oil-and-gas flow,
skimming baffle made of expanded metal plates for flattening of
flow rate along the section of apparatus, defoaming checkerwork,
string entrainment trap for gas purification, connecting branches
for input and output of separation products.

Oil and gas separators
Oil and gas separators are intended for oil degassing and
purification of associated gas in the facilities for collection and
processing of the oil fields products. They can be used on the
input, intermediate and end stages of the field installations for oil
treatment. They can be also used in other branches and in
different environments.
Gas separators
Net-shaped gas separators are intended for final purification of
natural and associated petroleum gas from the liquid
(condensate, hydrate development inhibitor, water) in field
installations for gas preparation for transport, underground
storages and in the gas-and-oil processing plants.

Rail trolleys
LLC “Promatomexport” has the long experience of manufacture
and operation of shop rail transport. The enterprise has developed
a range of parameters for wheel pairs, towing drives and other
components and parts, which enable to manufacture transport
units and complex tolls with different functions and parameters
for various sectors of the national economy, e.g. iron and
nonferrous metallurgy, mechanical engineering, building industry
etc. Transport units can be manufactured for operation in
different climatic zones, including tropical regions, in explosive
nvironments, under the conditions of atmosphere dustiness, at
he low temperatures. They can be also used for transportation of
hot metallurgic products and workpieces (at temperature up to
1200 °С), including molten metal and slag in the scoops.
Currently LLC “Promatomexport” is able to produce rail vehicles
with load capacity up to 1000 ton in a short space of time.

Heat exchange processes are of great importance for chemical,
power, metallurgical, food industry and other branches. Heat
exchange processes are carried out in the heat exchangers of
different types and configurations. All variety of heat exchange
equipment is intended for heating, cooling, evaporation and
condensation of liquid, gas, steam and their mixtures in the
course of technological processes in chemical, oil, petrochemical,
gas industry and other branches. It can be also used for water
heating in hot water supply and heating systems of residential,
public and industrial buildings.
Application
Modern chemical industry widely uses different aggressive
mediums, e.g. alkalis, salts with different concentrations, organic
compounds and gaseous mediums. In the course of production,
these mediums shall be stored, transported, exposed to heat and
pressure. Chemical fusion reactions, end products manufacture
tc. are accompanied by release of heat and by-products, which are
often more aggressive than raw products etc.
Action of aggressive mediums, especially at high temperature and
pressure, leads to considerable corrosion of equipment made of
traditional materials.
Along with increase of the product cost due to constant
renewal of equipment, repairs and assembly work, there
is a danger of environmental contamination for the
whole regions and decline in population health.
One of the materials with high corrosion resistance is
titanium and its alloys. The main consumer in chemical
and petrochemical industry is chlorine industry. The
basic type of equipment made of titanium is heat
exchange and evaporation devices. Corrosion resistance
and low adhesion (inadhesion) of organic substances
and salts to the pipe surface make it possible to increase
the repair intervals, extend considerably the lifetime,
maintain the high thermal characteristics throughout
the service life, reduce repair costs and equipment
downtime. The enterprise has developed the
manufacture of heat exchangers made of titanium.

Sectional heat exchangers
These heat exchangers consist of the series section elements.
Combination of several elements with a few pipes corresponds
with the principle of operation of multiple-turn shell-and-tube
heat exchanger, which works on the basis of more efficient
countercurrent flow system.
Main groups
Shell and tube heat exchangers
Shell and tube heat exchangers can be vertical, horizontal and inclined according to
requirements of operating procedure and assembly efficiency. The main components of
shell and tube heat exchangers are tube bundles, tube sheets, body, lids and branch
pipes. Pipe ends are fastened in the tube sheets by expansion, welding and soldering.

Spiral heat exchangers
Heat surface of spiral heat exchangers consists of two thin metal sheets, which are
welded to the baffle (core) and coiled. Rectangular-section spiral channels are closed
with end plates. Spiral heat exchangers are compact, have low flow resistance and high
heat exchange rate under high rate of heat carriers.

Double-pipe heat exchangers of “pipe-in-pipe” type
Heat exchangers of this type consist of a number of components connected in series.
Each component consists of two coaxial tubes. Inner tubes are usually connected
together by the “kalatchs” or u-bends to ease cleaning and replacement. Double type
heat exchangers with big heat surface consist of sections, connected parallel by the
collectors. The selection of diameters of inner and outer pipes can provide the required
rate of both working mediums, which take part in the heat exchange, necessary for
achievement of high heat exchange intensity. Advantages of double-pipe heat
exchanger are high heat emission, suitability for heating and cooling of working
mediums under high pressure, ease of production, installation and maintenance.

Finned heat exchangers
Finned heat exchangers are designed to extend heat exchange
surface by finning on the side, which has the highest thermal
resistance. For example, finned heat exchangers (radiators) can
be used during steam heating of air or gases. The important
condition of effective use of fins is the tight contact with the basic
pipe (lack of air gap) and rational fins distribution. Finned heat
exchangers are widely used in drier installations, heating systems
and as economizers.
Coil heat exchangers
Heat surface of coil heat exchangers composes of a number of
concentric coils, which are jacketed and fastened in the
corresponding heads. Heat carriers are moving in the tube and
shell side. Coil heat exchangers find wide application in high
pressure equipment for separation of gas mixtures by deep
chilling. These heat exchangers have a self-compensation ability,
which is sufficient for perception of deformations due to the
temperature stresses.

Liquid filters
Filter (French “filtre”, Late Latin “filtrum”, ad verbum “felt”) is a
device for splitting, concentration or defecation of heterogeneous
systems with solid and liquid (gaseous) phases by use of filter
baffle. Liquid filters are designed for complete or partial splitting
of the liquid heterogeneous suspension systems into fluid phase
(filtrate) and solid phase (sediment). Filters can be used in all
industries without exception, especially in petroleum and natural
gas industry, in oil-and-gas processing industry, as well as in food,
chemical, woodworking, textile, glass, engineering, electronic,
mining, metallurgical, cement, coal, recycling and nuclear
industry.

Liquid filters
Filter is designed to protect pumping equipment and other
fitment of processing plants in the sphere of petroleum refining
industry, petrochemical and natural gas industry. This filter is
used for liquids, in which the size of mechanical impurities solid
particles does not exceed 200 mkm.

Mesh drainage filters
Mesh drainage filters are designed to protect pumping equipment
and other fitment from the mechanical impurities during
pipeline transportation of liquid at temperature from - 60°С

filters delivered is 80 - 500 mm (Du), pressure is 1.6 – 4.0 МPа
