City Redevelopment Project
Location: Woodland Park, Colorado
Site: approximately 22 Acres
Description:
Schematic work and design on a site selected by Wood-
land Park for redevelopment. Program was to include
retail and condo mixed use units, an entertainment
complex (with theaters, dining, and bowling), a Hotel
complex, and a Conference Center. Client wished to
develop a pedestrian Plaza that might be used for both
festivals and vehicular traffic at separate times while
maintaining a town center atmosphere. Scheme was to
be presented to the Development Committee for review
and PIF tax status approval.

Condo Resort Project
Location: Keystone, Colorado

Description:
Joint project between Vail Resorts and Marriott to
develop a whole and partial ownership condo project.
Parking for the resort would be locate in a covered
garage below the building. The condos to be developed
were 2, 3 and 4 Bedroom units including a lockoff that
could be included in a rental pool. All furniture, fix-
tures, and artwork were to be included in the develop-
ment and sale of the units. Project was submitted for
permit with Summit County and interior FFE work was
consulted on and approved by Marriott Purchasing
Department.

Description:
Worked with Intrawest and Hard Rock Hotels to de-
velop a Luxury resort hotel project. Parking for the
resort would be locate in a covered garage below the
building and accessible only by Valet. The units to be
developed included studios through 4 Bedroom units
including penthouse loft units. Resort portion of the
project was to include a Conference and Hospitality
area, Restaurant and Lounge areas, Luxury Spa and
Fitness. Worked in conjunction with owner selected
interior designer to Design project per specific pro-
grammatic requirements provided by owner.
