You have to send follow up emails to the undecideds, send reminders out before the event, manage cancellations, etc. Cvent does all of this automatically. Set up your initial email templates and the triggers for when you want them to go out. Cvent takes care of the rest, sending out personalized messaging according to the rules you give it. Cvent can even be set up to automatically send out survey questions asking how attendees thought the event went. Or asking people who didn’t attend WHY they didn’t attend.
