Establish Primary and Alternate movement routes, maintain
communications between moving parties, consulate, SSP and
JTFN JOCC, Utilize Armored Vehicles, Escorted by trained
DOS Agents; Day time operations

Procedures and EAP. SSO HQ Unknown EAP.
Inspect all vehicles prior to utilizing while in the US and in
Mexico. Inspect Vehicles prior to leaving Mexico and
entering into the US.
Avoid crowded areas and watch for large crowds forming.
Receive a brief from Consulate Security for actions on
contact if found in the middle of a demonstration..
Coordinate with EPIC and NSA for early detection and
reporting and establish communication rules with Consulate
for warnings
Implement and utilize a Foreign Travel Checklist for each
traveler to ensure all requirements are met prior to travel.
Ensure travelers receives and reads / or is briefed the travel
alerts and advisories.
All Travelers will complete AT Level I Training
Obtain Recommended Vaccinations , Situational Awareness
on environmental health contaminants
