Term ID
 Data Harmony now supports Term ID as a
new field.
 Whenever a term is added to a project
manually or during an import, a unique term
is assigned.
 If the imported term has already an ID, Data
Harmony will preserve it.
 The Term ID can be displayed on
MAIstrointerface
 Set in the DH Admin interface.

 Display enabled in Admin Module:
 Adds a term ID number to terms,
 Starting with 1 with consecutive number
assignments at project creation, term import,
or term addition.
 ID numbers for deleted terms are not used
again.
 Coming: ability to indicate first digit(s) of ID #
so terms in different taxonomies can still
have unique ID.

New M.A.I. configuration setting
 Allows the user/administrator to define a
minimum number of returns for term to be
suggested.
 MAIstro sets the default value to 1 and
can easily be changed.
 Allows users to eliminate irrelevant
concepts and descriptors within the
document.


 If the body of the article mentions a
thesaurus term only a couple of times,
 But an indexer feels that the concept is
neither relevant nor indicative of the
content,
 Then the settings for minimum frequency
may be changed in order to
accommodate the user's style of indexing
with descriptors.





Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
 A protocol for transmitting secure data via
the Internet.
 Manages the security of the
transmitted/received data on the Internet
during the client/server communication.
 Client and server use a certificate to identify
each other and encrypt the transmitted
information before decrypt it when received.

JSON (JavaScript Object Notation)
 MAI now returns subject terms in JSON
format
 Very popular data interchange format on
the Web, specially coupled with AJAX for
Web client/server communication.
 getSuggestedTermfunction now supports
JSON as a data format when returning
terms responding to a submitted text

conversions from XML to a specific
