 We Manufacture and Distribute a wide range of products that find their use in industrial
applications. Our product range includes :

 Hydraulic Power Packs and Cylinders.

 Hydraulic Systems for Paper Mills and Hydel Power plants.

 Paper plate making machine.
Available with a pressing capacity of 2, 4 and 8 tons the Hydraulic Paper Plate Making Machine can
produce paper plates and donas of size 3” to 15”. These machines can produce up to 6000 plates
per hour. Different types of paper of 80 to 350 GSM can be used to make plates.

 Hydraulic and Pneumatic System for Paper Mills
Hydraulic Systems and heavy duty hydraulic cylinders for Paper Presses, Inverse Press, MG Touch
Roll, Pick Up, Pope Reel Loading, Rewinder, Wire Tensioning, Drive Roll Swiveling, Swimming
Roll, Calendar, Sheet Cutter, Roll Pressing & Bi-nip Press. These sturdy and reliable hydraulic
systems are custom made as per the design requirement and the nip specifications.

 Centralized Oil Lubrication System
These systems are used in applications where a consistent supply of lubricating oil is required such
as bearings of Roller Mills, Paper Mills, Turbines and Gear Boxes. Our sturdy and trouble free COL
systems ensure uninterrupted supply of filtered and cooled lubricating oil from a tank to the point of
use. The oil is then collected and routed back to the tank.


 Oil Filtration and Transfer Units
We manufacture Portable Oil Filtration and Transfer Units with standard units of 20 and 40
lpm. However, flow capacity up to 60 lpm are manufactured. Higher flow rate units are made
as stationary skids.

 Hydraulic Power Packs and Oil Pumping Skid
We design and manufacture Hydraulic Power Packs for a wide range of applications in
industries such as paper mill, belt filter press, hydel power
plant, construction, sugar, shipping, steel, machine tools, automobile service station, SPM’s
and many others.

 Hydraulic Cylinders
Made using Honed/Skived or Roller Burnished seamless tubes, we manufacture cylinders as
per the customer’s specification. Large diameter cylinders are manufactured out of steel
stock and then honed to desired (H8) tolerance. Piston rods are made from high tensile hard
chrome plated and ground steel bars. Seals of Busak+ Shamban-Germany, Hallite-
UK, Merkel-UK & Eston, Italy are used.


 Hydraulic Systems for Dam Gates / Hydel Power Plants
We manufacture and install at site hydraulic systems and cylinder (servomotors) for dam gate
opening and closing, trash rake gates, turbine control and centralized lubrication systems for hydel
power plants.

 Presses, Pneumatic Cylinders, Control Panels and Valves
We at Ace manufacture Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Hydro-Pneumatic Presses for various
applications such as
shearing, bending, stamping, embossing, clamping, riveting, flaring, straightening, etc.  We
manufacture Pneumatic Cylinders and Control Panels for a range of applications .
