Just a quick note to let you know that due to Australia Day being a public holiday, our office
will be closed and Australian banks will be closed on Thursday 26th of January 2012.
Please ensure that you run your payroll in advance or after Thursday 26th of January 2012.
If we are paying your employees on your behalf (using Direct Funds Transfer) all payroll
must be finalised before midday on the Wednesday the 25th of January 2012. Please be

Christmas and New Year Payroll Arrangements
Christmas & New Year payroll Arrangements 2011/12
With the approach of Christmas and the holiday season, we know that many of you may
have additional payroll requirements. In order to ensure we meet all of your payroll needs over
this busy period, please be aware of the public holidays and banking holidays below.
Sunday 25 December - Christmas Day
Monday 26 December - Boxing Day (in lieu of Sunday, 25 December)
Tuesday 27 December (in lieu of Monday, 26 December)
Sunday 1 January - New Year’s Day
Monday 2 January (in lieu of Sunday, 1 January)
Just a friendly reminder that during the public holidays your bank may not release funds from
your account to pay your employees, therefore you will need to run your payroll in advance or
after public holidays.
ePayroll will be closed during the above public holidays, hence if we are making payments to
your employees on your behalf (using Direct Funds Transfer) all payrolls must be finalised
before midday on the Friday the 23rd and/or Friday the 30th of December 2011. Please be
aware that we will not be processing any payments on the 26th or 27th of December.
