项目简介
 紫竹国际教育中心由上海市闵行区人民政府与上海紫竹高新技
术产业开发区（国家级）共同出资建设，致力于引入世界一流
大学入驻举办高等学历教育，汇聚中外一流大学合作办学项目
( 中外合作二级学院、中外合作独立大学及国外大学中国校
区 ) 的创新型国际教育园区。
 紫竹国际教育中心规划建设 5 座独立学院，教学及配套设施建
筑面积 40 多万平方米，开放式校园设计，整体规划，分期开
发。
 紫竹国际教育中心紧邻紫竹国家高新区和上海交通大学、华东
师范大学，交通便利，智力资源丰富，创新平台云集；集区位
优势、学术优势、产业优势、科研优势、配套优势于一体，项
目优势在中国独一无二。

Introduction
 Zizhu International Education Park is a joint venture between the
People’s Government of Minhang District and the national-grade
Shanghai Zizhu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone (ZIZHU), and aims
to become a campus offering academic degree-granting programs (i.e.
Sino-foreign joint institutes, Sino-foreign autonomous universities, and
overseas campus for foreign universities) and executive development
through internationally recognized institutions from around the globe.
 The Park will consist of five independent colleges combining for a gross
floor area of 400,000 square meters on an open campus.
 Its adjacency to the Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone places the
Park’s location at the interface of Shanghai’s most prolific communities of
academia and industry: Shanghai Jiaotong University, East China Normal
University, and the Industrial R&D home to nearly five hundred
organizations – including many global or Asia-Pacific headquarters for
Fortune500 companies and anchoring 15 national key laboratories – the
only such confluence of so many different creative elements of its kind in
China.

the economic capital of China, Shanghai’s influence on the world

 Shanghai is also becoming one of the world’s most important and
productive centers for education and research with 66 institutions of
higher learning – including ten Project 211 and four Project 985

985 universities in Shanghai Jiaotong University and East China

上海紫竹高新技术产业开发区
上海紫竹高新技术产业开发区（紫竹国家高新区） 2002 年 6 月 25 日奠基；一期规划面积 13 平方公里，由大学校区、研发基
地和紫竹配套区组成。 2011 年 6 月经国务院批复升级为 “国家高新技术产业开发区”；紫竹国家高新区由闵行区人民政府、上
海联和投资有限公司、紫江集团、上海交通大学等单位投资组建。以“生态、人文、科技”和谐发展为理念，集教育、科研、人
才、资本、产业等优势于一体，以市场化方式进行运作。

Shanghai Zizhu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone
Shanghai Zizhu Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone was founded on June 25th, 2002; its first phase of construction covers
13 square kilometers and consists of three areas: university campuses (home to Shanghai Jiaotong University and East
China Normal University), industrial R&D park, and supporting peripheral community (consisting of residential and retail
communities, as well as other facilities such as primary schools, hospitals, etc.). As one of the country’s most successful
examples of mixed-use land development, the Hi-tech Industrial Development Zone was elevated to national-grade status in
June of 2011; as China’s only privately-controlled “National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone”, ZIZHU’s interested
parties are Zijiang Holdings, the People’s Government of Minhang District, Shanghai Alliance Investment Co. LTD., and
Shanghai Jiaotong University. It enjoys considerable latitude in pursuing its motto of “innovation-driven, synergistic
development centered upon the core values of ecology, humanity, and technology”, leveraging its unique combination of
resources in education, research, industry, capital, and creative talent.

师范大学。上海交通大学和华东师范大学均为国家 985 重点大
学，上海地区仅有四所 985 高校，两所落在紫竹高新区。
 上海交通大学创建于 1896 年，是教育部直属全国重点大学，

Shanghai Jiaotong UniversityEstablished in 1896, it is one of the oldest and most prestigious
research universities in the country; it is also among the elite group
of nine original founding institutions of Project 985 and also receives
funding as a Project 211 and Plan 111 institution. At-a-glance: 67
key laboratories, 810 faculty members with 34 national
academicians, and 35000 full-time students.
East China Normal UniversityEstablished in 1951 as a specialized university for teachers, East
China Normal University has since evolved into a key national
university that is sponsored by Projects 985 and 211 as well as Plan
111. At-a-glance: 21 key laboratories, 1200 faculty members with 14
national academicians, and 30000 full-time students.

2010 年 2 月 21 日，国家广播电影电视总局下发了批文，正式批准上海市文化广播影视管理局与上海紫竹高新区共同建
设首个国家级网络视听产业基地。 2010 年 12 月 22 日，国家广电总局和上海市委市政府领导共同为基地正式揭
牌。 2011 年 12 月 1 日，国家广播电影电视总局与上海市政府签署共建中国（上海）网络视听产业基地的部市合作协议
，基地也正式动工。

On February 21st, 2010, the State Administration of Radio Film and Television ("SARFT") officially approved that
Shanghai Municipal Administration of Culture Radio Film & TV and Shanghai Zizhu Hi-tech Industrial Development
Zone ("ZIZHU") have built the first network audio-visual industry base of national level in China, which was officially
inaugurated by the officials of SARFT and Shanghai government on December 22, 2010. On December 1st, SARFT
and Shanghai Municipal Government signed the agreement of co-operation for China (Shanghai) Network AudioVisual Industry Base. The agreement also signaled that the construction of the base was formally started.

China (Shanghai) Network Audio-Visual Industry Base is divided into 4 sections, namely the theme plaza and theme
axis, the digital media R&D and operation zone, the integrated building area and the supporting service zone. Function
of each is defined as below:
 Theme Plaza & Theme Axis: for media activities, visiting and reception, media display, etc.
 Digital New Media R&D and Operation Zone: for the development and operation of the digital new media companies.
 Integrated Building Area: covering the public service facilities (including telecast hall, studio of recording, dubbing, montage and checking,
digital synthesis room, motion capture film studio, etc.), user experiencing zone, multifunctional television hall, 5-star standard IDC room,
industry association, venture capital institution, etc.
 Supporting Service Zone: including clubs, gym, restaurants, snack bars (some provide 24-hour service), garage and other supporting
business service offices covering the function of project introduction, planning exhibition and property management.

紫竹国际教育中心为国外大学及中外合作办学项目、科研、培训机构提供教学、科研场所，提供统一后勤保障及公共管理
。
中外大学自主办学，自主确立合作项目和合作模式，根据专业影响力、项目规模与项目可持续性等，对入驻办学项目给予
相关扶持。

Shanghai Zizhu International Education Park will be responsible for constructing educational and research facilities,
providing public on-campus services, and managing the property and grounds.
