   linear walkthrough and only 2 levels
   use of colour and pictures or icons
   smooth scrolling for people with tactile difficulties
   BlueAssist : same call-button but number called
    can be adapted
   take a picture by clicking only once on the screen
   phonebook : persons ordered by importance, not
    alphabetically
   calendar : coach gets notified if user doesn't
    confirm an important message
