2. TRODUCTION
Human curiosity and desire drive the innovations
and human need and want build the business. In
today s economy wherein barriers to world trade
are diminishing, organizations are focusing on
enhancing their productivity for increased
competitiveness. Design is the bridge between
the consumer questing for the experiential and
the company trying to meet that appetite with an
offer that presents the new in a user-friendly
and innovative way.
Peter Drucker the management guru says that
Every Organization needs one core competence:
Innovation . Innovation is meaningful today
only, if it is achieved with speed. Innovation,
in the past was more of experimentation,
involved trial and error methods. Such an
approach will not meet the demands of a dynamic
world. Challenge of innovation is that we need
to translate technological developments from
other fields into own products, processes and
services.
With ever-changing interpretation of
Innovation , it is imperative for every
organization to become dynamic and change to
survive and sustain growth. Organizations
created and managed efficiently when the world
was stable are ill prepared to manage the
change required to meet the demands of the
dynamic world. Change management inputs would
help to explore how the dynamics of effective
change work and show you how to unlock
resistance to change, enable teams to work
together and speed up the implementation of
change leading to fast paced innovation process.
OBJECTIVE
The objective of this three day workshop is to
expose the participants to know innovation and
manage change to have these as their core
