- Send out template offers. Ever ever ever.
Do:
- Customize and personalize each recruitment offer.
- Show you've taken time to visit and analyze their site.
- Offer strategy suggestions based on their content.
- Include lots of contact information.

Don't:
- Exclude an explanation for the denial.
Do:
- Be courteous.
- Tell the denied affiliate why they were denied.
- Offer an “appeal” process.

Don't:
- Ignore this email!
- Only include generic program info.
Do:
- Introduce yourself as the program manager.
- Include lots of contact information
- Give the new affiliate a plan of action or road map

Do:
- Include lots of actionable content- not just
informative.
- Include strategies on how to use new ad campaigns.
- Recommend additional affiliate tools.
- Stuff your content with marketing resources.

anytime you have new information relevant to your
program.
