- Have been repeated too many times, no new things
- Only Scrum Master or a few people are talking

  • 4. 11/4/2010 4 Solutions - 1 - Everyone writedown on “PostIt” - Stick on white board - Whole team voteon items to be implemented - Review retrospectiverecord duringScrum and in next Sprint meeting Solutions - 2 - Not only talk about process - Anything that can benefit the projectand team - Anything that hinder the project and team - Anything new that would improvethe project and team

Solution - 1 Sprint Champion with little gifts - Select a practice to be improved - Define a rule to measure - Vote during Sprint meeting, awards -Change topic when necessary - Individual / team Result is amazing
