Still… What we face
Retrospective is boring
- Nothing to say in the retrospective
- Have been repeated too many times, no new things
- Only Scrum Master or a few people are talking
Solutions - Basic
Keep doing Retrospective always with three questions:
- What to Keep
- What to Change
- What to Try

Solutions - 1
- Everyone writedown on “PostIt”
- Stick on white board
- Whole team voteon items to be implemented
- Review retrospectiverecord duringScrum and in next Sprint
meeting
Solutions - 2
- Not only talk about process
- Anything that can benefit the projectand team
- Anything that hinder the project and team
- Anything new that would improvethe project and team

And…
- Is the team really self-organized?
- Just another process implemented?
- Is the team really motivated?
- Tired of “endless” Sprints?
Solution - 1
Sprint Champion with little gifts
- Select a practice to be improved
- Define a rule to measure
- Vote during Sprint meeting, awards
-Change topic when necessary
- Individual / team
Result is amazing

Solution - 2
Scrum Master by-turn
- Each one get to act as Scrum Master by turn
Note: only use this method when team members are familiar with
Scrumactivities and after finish some Sprints
Challenge
How to Keep the motivation?
How to keep the culture?
How to set up a real trustful relationship?
Smart balance of technique and culture
