• 3rd ECHO-funded programme in 2004, followed by a programme
co-funded by the EU (2004-2007).

HIV-AIDS programme (starting 2004)
Improving health care for adults and children living
with HIV/AIDS, including access to ART & community
support. Projects in Sihanoukville and Phnom Penh

• Providing home gardening activities for better food security & diet
« ODM 4 » (2004/2007)
• A 3-year programme funded by Europeaid in the same area
• More focus on food security and the operation of water
points (rehabilitation, water point committees, maintenance)
