                                                      Ongoing efforts to engage the Rotman community in the process of building a model for
                                                      integrative thinking and learning have been buoyed by the first year of the Rotman
                                                      Integrative Thinking Seminar Series, which has featured some of today’s leading
                                                      integrative thinkers.Dean Roger Martin says these highly successful businesspeople employ
                                                      a distinctive pattern of thinking,which leads him to believe that a model can be developed
                                                      to teach students to think in unique and powerful ways.
