The Madani Meeting has to be attended from start to end.(It is better to arrange this Madani Meeting in routine monthly meeting) As soon as Responsible Islamic sister gets these Madani pearls, call for a Madani Meeting for explaining these Madani pearls specially Report Forms to sub-ordinate Responsible Islamic sisters and duration of this Madani Meeting should be 2 hours 26 minutes. If any Islamic sister is not able to attend the meeting, then by giving her suitable time she should be explained these Madani pearls later on. Present to zeli and halqa level responsible Islamic sisters in Training session. Likewise present to, Area to kabina level Responsible Islamic sisters in monthly Madani meeting. (Remember that it’s not allowed to give gift from “Madani donations”.) At the time of presenting gift make them intend that in how many days will she listen/ watch/ read that? In the first week of month of Rabi-ul-Awwal in training session and in in all Weekly Sunnah inspiring Congregations through announcements incline that “Islamic sisters should arrange Langar-e-Meeladiya in their homes in the month of Rabi-ul- Awwal especially on 12veen Shareef and for Langar its better that such food should be prepared which you like the most. (Madani Muzakara, Rabi-ul-Akhir 1436 Hijri) Moreover, in Fatawa Razawiyya Shareef, Aala Hazrat has stated in answer to one of the question that: (In niyaz) such food should be prepared whose each and every constituent is eaten like Halwa that its each and every constituent is eaten. (Fatawa Razawiyya Vol 9, Pg. 612) Remember that in Langar its better to be cautious that instead of squandering away Langar it should be distributed. Ameer-e- Ahl-e-Sunnat ‫ہ‬َ‫ي‬ِ‫ل‬‫ا‬َ‫ع‬ْ‫ال‬ ُ‫م‬ُ‫ھ‬ُ‫ت‬‫ا‬َ‫ک‬َ‫ر‬َ‫ب‬ ‫ت‬َ‫م‬‫َا‬‫د‬ while inclining for distributing Langar states that become “distributor” of Langar instead of being “squanderer”. (Madani Muzakara Silsila 841) [8/55] Mah-e-Rabi-ul-Awwal If any Islamic sister wants to give amount for Langar-e- Meeladiya arranged by Dawat-e-Islami, then take authority from her for using it in every virtuous and permissible act of Dawat-e-Islami. “Langar-e-Meeladiya” means the amount which is spend in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal especially on 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal for food/ drink of Iftar etc, it will be termed as Langar-e- Meeladiya. (Madani Muzakara Silsila 839) Arrange “Congregation of Meelad” in all areas at the place and day of Weekly Sunnah inspiring congregation, before the “12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal”. It should not be arranged at other day or place instead of Weekly Sunnah inspiring congregation. If voice cannot be heard properly because of exceeding number of participants then congregation can be divided for that day only. For this, one of the divided congregation should be held at routine venue of Congregation and routine day should also not be changed. In case of dividing congregation, nearest Madrasa-tul-Madina (Adults), Jamiat-ul-Madina (lil-banat) or Madrasa-tul-Madina (lil-banat) should be preferred. If the number of participants is expected to increase in “Congregation of Meelad” but congregation cannot be arranged in two places because of shortage of muballighat (preacher Islamic sisters), then do not postpone congregation for the next day. For the solution of shortage of muballighat (preacher Islamic sisters), take help with the Responsible Islamic sisters of Division, Area or Halqa level Majlis and make arrangement on the same day.

[7/55]Year (Madani) 1436 Hijri (Solar) 2015 If Responsible Islamic sister achieve their assigned targets of (“Performance of Madani burqa” or “Burqa with Hijab” and “Distribution of booklets”) then appreciate them by presenting “Madani gift” (Books/ booklets/ D.V.Ds/ Cassettes published by Maktab-tul-Madinah). Present to zeli and halqa level responsible Islamic sisters in Training session. Likewise present to, Area to kabina level Responsible Islamic sisters in monthly Madani meeting. (Remember that it’s not allowed to give gift from “Madani donations”.) At the time of presenting gift make them intend that in how many days will she listen/ watch/ read that? In the first week of month of Rabi-ul-Awwal in training session and in in all Weekly Sunnah inspiring Congregations through announcements incline that “Islamic sisters should arrange Langar-e-Meeladiya in their homes in the month of Rabi-ul- Awwal especially on 12veen Shareef and for Langar its better that such food should be prepared which you like the most. (Madani Muzakara, Rabi-ul-Akhir 1436 Hijri) Moreover, in Fatawa Razawiyya Shareef, Aala Hazrat has stated in answer to one of the question that: (In niyaz) such food should be prepared whose each and every constituent is eaten like Halwa that its each and every constituent is eaten. (Fatawa Razawiyya Vol 9, Pg. 612) Remember that in Langar its better to be cautious that instead of squandering away Langar it should be distributed. Ameer-e- Ahl-e-Sunnat ‫ہ‬َ‫ي‬ِ‫ل‬‫ا‬َ‫ع‬ْ‫ال‬ ُ‫م‬ُ‫ھ‬ُ‫ت‬‫ا‬َ‫ک‬َ‫ر‬َ‫ب‬ ‫ت‬َ‫م‬‫َا‬‫د‬ while inclining for distributing Langar states that become “distributor” of Langar instead of being “squanderer”. (Madani Muzakara Silsila 841) [8/55] Mah-e-Rabi-ul-Awwal If any Islamic sister wants to give amount for Langar-e- Meeladiya arranged by Dawat-e-Islami, then take authority from her for using it in every virtuous and permissible act of Dawat-e-Islami. “Langar-e-Meeladiya” means the amount which is spend in the month of Rabi-ul-Awwal especially on 12th Rabi-ul-Awwal for food/ drink of Iftar etc, it will be termed as Langar-e- Meeladiya. (Madani Muzakara Silsila 839) Arrange “Congregation of Meelad” in all areas at the place and day of Weekly Sunnah inspiring congregation, before the “12th of Rabi-ul-Awwal”. It should not be arranged at other day or place instead of Weekly Sunnah inspiring congregation. If voice cannot be heard properly because of exceeding number of participants then congregation can be divided for that day only. For this, one of the divided congregation should be held at routine venue of Congregation and routine day should also not be changed. In case of dividing congregation, nearest Madrasa-tul-Madina (Adults), Jamiat-ul-Madina (lil-banat) or Madrasa-tul-Madina (lil-banat) should be preferred.
