6. Student Seed Capital Fund
Equity Investment
Up to $15,000 per student business

Approvals by the Student Seed Capital committee
Loan Agreement
Up to $5,000 per student business
Interest fixed at 4%; begins to accrue when loan is made
Six month grace period, followed by up to 60 month pay-off

8. Sill Business Incubator
Two Kinds of Space –
> Short-term (typically 3-months to 3-years) “Hotel” cubicle office space
- Meant for start-up companies just beginning operations
- Need immediate access to business administration tools
(computer, copier, fax, scanner, file storage, etc.)
- Lease for as little as $60 per month (five days use per single).
> Long-term space (typically 6-months to 5-years) or “Dedicated Space”
- Meant for young companies generating reasonable cash-flow
- Ten suites and one wet lab
- Spaces ranging in size from 168 to 713 square feet
- Lease rates from $230 to $1,100 per month, gross
