Unsafe Act???

For several reasons. But the
main reasons are:
1.º - In accordance with the
human tendency not to admit
we're wrong;
     - Nobody likes to miss. Mainly to be wrong!

     - Nobody is wrong for whatever. Much less
an     accident or cause an accident like that!

     - But finding and assume the error is to be
       wise.

     - Because then we will mature and learn to
       correct the error and prevent future errors.
2.º   -       Because     we   are
accustomed to danger and lose
track of the real risk we run.
3.º - Because we do not know
what it really means Unsafe Act.



        Unsafe act = Any action or
        attitude that is made with
        clumsiness, recklessness or
        negligence;
Malpractice =

- Lack of knowledge and / or;
- Knowledge inappropriate and / or;
- Insufficient knowledge for the pursuit of a
task.
Recklessness =

- Lack of attention;
- "Finding" that's right;
      - Analysis of the situation poorly made;
      - Venturing unnecessarily;
      - Do not create standards and norms;
Negligence =

-Having knowledge of the dangerous situation
and not do anything to stop by:

    - Failure to follow standards and norms;
    - Then I do ... (Not to determine priority for the
       tasks);
    - The problem is not mine, so I'm not I have to
             solve;
    - I have people looking at it from there, so we
            need not worry;

To eliminate accidents, it is not necessary to know
only that they are caused by unsafe acts.

Unsafe acts

Besides knowing all this, you should also know
how does the Unsafe Act.

To eliminate them, we'll have
ACCIDENTS:
   * Know that they're caused by
     unsafe acts;
   * Having knowledge about what are
     unsafe acts;
   * Know how unsafe acts occur;
   * Act - to eliminate them.
The unsafe act can occur in two ways:
-Snapshot:
        - Occurs when ...

           * We have the knowledge necessary to perform the task * We lost our
concentration (inattention) at the time of task execution. "That famous second
of silly ..."
           * We are working without a pattern previously discussed;
           * We made this “miscalculated risk”.

-Pre-determined:

        - Occurs when ...
         * We create unsafe conditions ;
         * There is the habit of working in areas with unsafe conditions and
         do not realize the seriousness of the situation of our attitudes;
         * We have neglected all standards;
         * But the crash will only happen when we add, one or more of the
situations described in the Snapshot.
Instant Unsafe Act -
•You are more related to Malpractice and Recklessness;

These are actions or attitudes that cause accidents,
causing injuries (or not) with damages (or not) to
equipment.

It's easy to be combated and eliminated.
Only need:
       - Commitment of each of the security;
       - Training and expertise;
       - Behavior insurance each.

     * Follow the IS;
     * Follow the IT's.
     * Pay attention (to be concentrated) to perform
any task.
Unsafe act pre-determined –

and Negligence .


Hard to be fought, why does not depend on
one individual but the collective attitude.

   - I see the situation from an angle;
   - You see the other;
   - Other people see a completely different one.

This figure can represent many things,
 such as:
        - Problems (You have to peel a
               pineapple);
  -   Vitamin C;
  -   Juice;
  -   Art;
  -   Fruit;
  -   Finally, various possibilities.
Terms due to views and ideas to solve a different
problem. We need to create a group with the aim of:

   Analyze accidents and together with the Occupational
  Safety and CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident
  Prevention) to develop solutions to prevent recidivism;

   Analyze the CAR's (Cards Risk Analysis) and opened
  along with the Occupational Safety and CIPA seek the most
  efficient way to close them;

   Analyze the unsafe acts and reported along with the
  Occupational Safety and CIPA develop solutions to prevent
  recurrence;

   Analyze the unsafe conditions and reported along with the
  Occupational Safety and CIPA develop solutions to eliminate
  them.
Many companies already have this type
of group.

And others, due to the success achieved
by companies that have joined the idea,
are already putting into practice in their
facilities.

In all the companies where they exist,
are called ...

of Occupational Safety and
CIPA.
