 Kaye and Carlo chose Hot Pink because the color best represents

the brand, which is feminine and yet confident, gusty and playful.
 modern, colorful, trendy underwear.
 Kaye who has an entrepreneurship degree from San Beda College
Alabang, was responsible for sourcing fabric, looking for
suppliers, checking out possible locations and dealing with a
graphic designer to come up with the logo to represent the brand.
 She designs lingerie and sleepwear and her husband Carlo, is
responsible for the finance and operations.
 Kaye says that the major challenge that confronted the company

was production and quality control.
 Kaye and Carlo learned that what sold well abroad did not
necessarily sell well here., too.
 The learning experiences may have been expensive, but Kaye and
Carlo have taken everything in stride, considering the roadblocks
and missteps as necessary for the growth of the business, and Hot
Pink has certainly grown from the time it formally opened in 2003.
 They never paid for advertising.
 They

have 6 branches and 2 franchised branches in

Cebu.
 They are now the exclusive distributors for Body
Wrap, Le Mystere, Sassybax, Pure Lim and Pull-in.
 They also have an e-commerce website.
