Bharti Airtel formerly known as Bharti Tele-Ventures LTD
(BTVL).



Bharti Airtel is the largest cellular service provider in India ,with
more than 261 million subscribers across 20 countries as of
August 2012.



Bharti Airtel was Founded in July 07, 1995 by Sunil Bharti
Mittal.



Airtelnet income for the April-June quarter was
7.62 billion rupees ($141 million), down from
12.2 billion rupees ($272 million) a year earlier.



Revenue for the quarter was 193.5 billion rupees
($3.6 billion), up 14 percent in rupee terms from
169.7 billion rupees a year ago.

2000 with a vision,
“To help underprivileged children and youth of our country
realize their potential.”
Bharti Foundation’s mission is to create and support programs that
bring about sustainable changes through education, use of
technology and information and best practice sharing.
Bharti Foundation has established itself the goals of improving
accessibility and quality of education at the school level for
underprivileged children, and to provide education and training
opportunities to youth.

  • 7. REVENUE  Airtelnet income for the April-June quarter was 7.62 billion rupees ($141 million), down from 12.2 billion rupees ($272 million) a year earlier.  Revenue for the quarter was 193.5 billion rupees ($3.6 billion), up 14 percent in rupee terms from 169.7 billion rupees a year ago.
