Lead status can be updated depending on the result of         follow ups. Tasks can be planned, created and executed to convert         leads to opportunities and user can keep track of it.

Order Automation Orders can be created in 3 ways; an opportunity can be converted to an order, an order can be created in Apptivo by entering information or your ecommerce site can be integrated with Apptivo to capture orders automatically. User will use this to record the order details like the ordered quantity of the product, delivered quantity of the product, order information like the order number, Account name corresponding to the order number, Sales representative, payment information and invoice communication information         of the order. Customer Accounts Management Accounts is used to create and manage customer accounts for the organization.  An Account contains the customer information such as name and address and it also contains company information such as industry, website, number of employees, annual revenue Each account can be associated with other records such as Contacts, Leads and Opportunities Apptivo also gives you the option to enter account        information for as many accounts in excel and upload       it in Apptivo. The Contacts module is basically one address book for you entire company Use the contact module to create and manage contacts for your organization.  A contact is any individual who is a sales lead, who has been evaluated and qualified for a potential sales opportunity or a current customer or related to an account.  You can associate a contact with any record such as an account, opportunity, or Lead. Contacts can also be exported into Apptivo though        excel  sheets.
