Alberto Parras Paz gave a presentation on the "Well-Being at work" project. The project aims to promote well-being in the workplace as an emerging topic and preventive framework. It approaches the topic through monthly workshops, conferences on relevant topics, and a play representation. By the end of 2016, it will publish a white book on best and bad practices. The project partners with experts and sponsors on the French Riviera. It was promoted as a way for organizations to improve team motivation, performance, and social responsibility.
