What is important to your female customer may not be important to you—as a man. Jeffrey Gitomer said “It’s not the hard sell, it’s the heart sell”. He also said “The head is attached to the price, the heart is attached to the wallet. If you jerk the heartstrings, the wallet comes popping out of the back pocket.” Are you ready for this? Sales- isn’t really about numbers. It’s about relationships. 2. I began my career in the auto industry as a
salesperson. Within a short amount of time, my
talent and commitment to excellence became
ABOUT ME evident and I was offered a position as Internet
Sales Manager. I soon realized there was an
entire demographic that Alabama auto dealers
weren’t capitalizing on….women.
I created a website for female car buyers, www.queenofcars.us, where
women could go to get information about the buying process, understand the
rights as a buyer and to promote myself as a sympathetic advocate to an
under represented
Section of auto buyers. I increased my efforts
by creating a YouTube channel and posting
video content regularly. I also used YouTube
as a way to communicate with prospective

3. After working with various dealerships in North/Central Alabama with respect to
Internet Sales, Social Media and Reputation Management, I accepted a position
as Regional Manager at AskPatty.com, a company dedicated to
training, advertising and marketing for automotive dealerships and tire, lube and
service centers. By joining the AskPatty team I was able to continue my efforts
in assisting and educating dealerships about the female car buyer, but on a
much larger scale.
