Мой доклад с 9-й AgileBaseCamp 2014 Идея доклада пришла из … детского сада. Сегодня мне хотелось бы поговорить о Методики Монтессори (методики развитии детей) и возможном применении ее для развития Проектной ккоманды. Действительно, согласно этой методики, очень важно создать среду, в которой ребенок сможет и захочет проявить свои индивидуальные способности, будет развиваться и обучаться в собственном ритме. Так и проектной команде важно создать необходимые условия для развития.
