Learners participated in a handicraft course where they learned how to make flower arrangements using traditional local plants. They were taught the process of hydroponics, which is a method of growing plants without soil by using an alternative medium to absorb nutrients. The learners first practiced the hydroponics process they were taught, then created their own final flower compositions, and had fun learning a creative and enjoyable activity while also learning about the Greek origins of the word "hydroponics."
