1. What have you learnt about
technologies from the process of
constructing this product?

2. From this product I have learnt how to
navigate throughout the program Fireworks
easily and quickly.
An issue I encountered with it and
overcame was using the Magic Wand Tool
to edit out the background on images,
this became a problem because the
tolerance level was either too high or too
low and I found it difficult to find a
tolerance level which cut out the
background without cutting out my
model. In order to solve this problem I
used the Lasso Tool to cut around the
background, this set me back in time as I
had to ensure that cuttings out were
accurate.

3. I used Publisher to put all my
magazine together, this was
useful as it caused me to able
to move the text and images
around and make sure all the
spacing was professional.
To find appropriate text I went onto the
website DaFont, and screenshot the text I
had chosen, copied and pasted it into
publisher, and the cut it so the only part of
the screenshot left was the text.

4. I learnt how to use
Photoshop whilst
constructing this product
as well to make my
model have clear skin by
using the spot healing
brush too.

5. I used the online website
Slideshare to upload my
PowerPoint Presentations
to the internet.
I also used
Prezi to create
a PowerPoint
online that
flows well.
The main website I
used was Blogger
which I uploaded all
my work to; I copied
hyperlinks to this
website and also
saved documents as
jpg’s in order to
upload documents as
images.
I also used Windows Movie
Maker for my Generic
Conventions of a Magazine
Double Page Spread, which
I saved as a movie, then
uploaded to my YouTube
Account and posted the
hyperlink on my blog.
