This is a FAVORITE of our family, I used to always get this at rodeos in Oklahoma and was so
excited to share it with my kids.
Step 1

5. 1/2 pound Ground Mild Italian Sausage Brown Beef, Sausage, Onion & Garlic.
1 pound Lean Ground Beef
1 small Sweet Onion, Diced
2 cloves Garlic, Minced

1 tablespoon Dried Basil Add Spices, Canned Tomatoes, & Tomato
1 Dried Oregano Paste, stirring until well mixed. Simmer
1 tablespoon Dried Parsley Flakes for 1 hour.
2 cans Whole Tomatoes, 14 1/2-oz. Cans,
Undrained & Pureed
2 cans Tomato Paste, 6-oz. Cans
Step 3
24 Cottage Cheese, or 24 oz Ricotta Cheese Combine Cottage Cheese, Eggs, Pepper, 2
2 Eggs, Beaten tbsp. Parsley, Parmesan Cheese, and 1/2
1/2 teaspoon Pepper the Shredded Mozzrella.
2 tablespoons Dried Parsley Flakes
1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 pound Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Divided
in 2
Step 4
12 Dried Lasagna Noodles, Cooked In a Lasagna pan, layer noodles, meat
sauce, and cheese mixture; repeat. Top
with the last layer of noodles and the
remaining shredded Mozzarella.
Step 5
Bake @ 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes,
or until cheese mixture is all melted
and bubbly.

Step 1
1 pound Ground Beef preheat oven 375 degrees
Lawry's Seasoning Salt, for the meat
Yellow Onions, to be browned with the meat
2 cups Mashed Potatoes, hot
4 ounces Cream Cheese, Philadelphia, cubed
(1/2 8 oz pkg)
1 cup Cheddar Cheese, KRAFT shredded, divided
2 cloves Minced Garlic
4 cups Frozen Mixed Vegetables, thawed
Step 2
Brown meat in large skillet; drain.
6. Step 3
Mix potatoes, cream cheese, 1/2 cup
Cheddar and garlic until well blended.
Step 4
Combine meat, vegetables and gravy;
spoon into 9-inch square baking dish.
Step 5
Cover with potato mixture and remaining
Cheddar.
Step 6
Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
Brocolli and Cheese Stuffed Chicken
Breasts

Step 1
4 slices American Cheese Preheat oven to 350F.
4 Swiss Cheese
3/4 cup Broccoli, Chopped
4 Chicken Breasts, boneless, skinless
1/2 cup Flour
1 Egg
1 tablespoon Water
1/2 cup Dry Breadcrumbs
Step 2
If your chicken is on the thick side,
you’ll first want to butterfly it to
give yourself more surface area to work
with as you wrap it around the filling.
Step 3
Spray a cookie sheet with non-stick
cooking spray for easy chicken removal.
A pizza stone will also work for baking
the stuffed chicken.
Step 4
Layer all 4 slices of American cheese on
top of each other, and slice vertically
into four even rectangle cheese stacks.
Take one of the rectangle cheese stacks
and place it in the center of a whole
slice of Swiss.
7. Step 5
Place some of the chopped broccoli on
and around the American cheese stack,
and wrap the Swiss around both, creating
a small packet. Place the cheese and
broccoli ‘packet’ in the center of a
flattened chicken breast, then wrap the
chicken around it, securing the edges of
the chicken together with toothpicks.
Repeat for the remaining chicken
breasts.
Step 6
Prepare 3 bowls for the breading
process. Place the flour in one, egg
wash in the second (the egg and water,
beaten), and the breadcrumbs in the
third. Dredge the chicken in flour, egg
wash, and then breadcrumbs before
placing seam-side up on a pizza stone or
cookie sheet.
Step 7
Bake in the oven for about 25-30
minutes, or until chicken reaches a
temperature of 165F. Don’t forget to
remove the toothpicks before serving!
Cheeseburger Cups Recipe

Step 1
1 pound Ground Beef In a large skillet, cook beef over
1/2 cup Ketchup medium heat until no longer pink; drain.
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar,
1 tablespoon Mustard mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Remove
1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce from the heat; set aside.
Step 2
1 Refrigerated Buttermilk Biscuits Press each biscuit onto the bottom and
1/2 cup Velveeta, cubed up the sides of a greased muffin cup.
Spoon beef mixture into cups; top with
cheese cubes. Bake at 400° for 14-16
minutes or until golden brown.
8. Picnic Club Recipe

"I used to work in a sandwich and ice cream parlor, and this deli club was one of our most popular,"
writes Esther Lehman of Fayetteville, Pennsylvania. Chili sauce and pickle relish add spark to the
special sauce that makes this layered sandwich deliciously different.
Step 1
2 tablespoons Chili Sauce, 1 to 2 T to taste In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, chili
1/2 cup Mayonnaise sauce and pickle relish.
1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Relish
Step 2
3 Lettuce Leaves Spread 1 tablespoonful on each slice of
1 Tomatoe bread. Top three slices of bread with a
3 deli turkey, thinly sliced slice of ham and Swiss cheese. Top each
3 Swiss Cheese with another slice of bread. Layer with
3 Deli Ham turkey, tomato and lettuce. Top with
9 slices Bread, toasted remaining bread. Secure with toothpicks
if necessary. Cut into quarters.
Italian Pork Sandwiches

For added pizazz, cook the pork as directed, then cook some chopped onions and chopped green
sweet pepers in teh skillet. Sire in the Italian cooking sauce and continue as directed.
Step 1
3/4 Pork Tenderloins, I buy the pork cutlets. If you buy pork tenderloin cutlets, but
1/4 cup Italian Bread Crumbs if you want to use a a pork tenderloin
do the following then follow the the
cutlet directions: Cut pork crosswise
into 4 slices. With a meat mallet, pound
each slice between plastic wrap to 1/4
inch thickness.

Place seasoned bread crumbs in a shallow
bowl. Dip each pork slice into the bread
crumbs coating slightly.
Step 2
1 tablespoon Butter In a large skillet cook 2 pork cutlet
slices in hot margarine or butter for 6
to 8 minutes or till pork is no longer
pink, turning once. Remove from skillet.
Keep warm. Repeat with remaining pork,
adding more margarine or butter, if
necessary.
9. Step 3
1/2 cup Spaghetti Sauce Add Italian cooking sauce, or pizza
4 Kaiser Rolls, or hamburger buns, split sauce to skillet. cook and stir till
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan heated through. Place each pork slice on
the bottom of the roll or bun. Spoon
some sauce over each. Sprinkle with
Parmesan cheese, add tops of rolls or
buns.
