• InteractCore is an unique, new advertising platform designed to create a special
and long-lasting with the consumer. It is a place-based medium that incorporates
an advertisers branding messages into interactive displays.
• A big image is projected on the floor. When customers pass over the display. The
unit senses their presence and reacts to their movements. InteractCore is not only
advertising but also highly interactive entertainment.

12. At the hall
A bottle-shaped standees are put along the road to instruct guests.
13. • PGs and PBs in bat uniforms to welcome guests, receive
invitations , take care and help guests to take photos at
picture corner (welcome gate).
• Warm-up activities at foyer
– Joining in 8 moveable bars of 8 Bacardi’s brands.
– Games.
– InteractCore and on the floor and on ballroom gate so that
everytime they walk, flowers grow and everytime they touch
the gate, bats fly out.
– Enjoying flamenco music.
14. • When guests come into the welcome area, they will be invited to take
photo at picture corner (welcome gate).
• Then, they will join the game named “Shoot it, drink it”. They will drink
what they shoot and they can shoot as much as they want to drink. It’s a
big chance for products trial.
15. Led lights set around 2 Bacardi 2D bottle mockups
and change color in default period of time. This gate is also the
picture corner, so that guests can take picture with celebrities

18. The foyer is decorated with colorful movable bars in which show each brand of Bacardi:
Dewar’s, Martini, Grey Goose, Bombay Sapphire, Bacardi Rum, Aberfeldy, D.O.M and Otard .
At each bar, there are some activites to show something related to the brand. There is also
has 1 bar holder who can introduce the brand.

• MC’s start: There are 8 beautiful ladies appear from 8 gates. But only 2 of
them are MCs of the party. It can bring guests some surprise.
• After that, MC invites Bacardi GM to go on stage. GM will go on DJ’s music
performance and lighting effects.
• He will go on an interactive flow of water on the floor.
30. • Bacardi’s representative will present: latest news, marketing plan 2010-2011 and
Tet’s gift.
• He will re-introduce all brands of Bacardi turn by turn. Whenever he comes (the
more he goes around, the closer he can create to guests) to introduce a brand,
that booth will light on and the screen will show the brand.
• Moreover, the body-painting can do a short dance to attract guests.
31. • Bacardi’s representative will introduce each of new Bacardi products along
with a suitable dish served by restaurant. It means guests would enjoy
food with a appropriate cocktail everytime he/she presents.
32. • MC invites Bacardi board of directors along
with GM to implement a ritual to show their
determination.
• There will be a huge cocktail glass put inside
bartender desk secretly. Each Bacardi’s
representative will open a bottle and pour
them to the glass at the same time, but
guests only see that they are pouring down
to bartender desk. The glass will be shifted
gradually for guests to see.
• The glass is designed to have a valve so that
wine can pour from there. Wine will pour
for Bacardi’s representatives first and then
for every guest.
• DJ will play when guests receive their glass.
Everyone will cheer to express a tight
relationship between Bacardi and
wholesalers.
33. • After that, the lights are turned off immediately. A laser performance to
show Bacardi logo in the middle of the stage will begin with DJ’s
performance.
34. • This will be a brand new and exciting
performance. Models will interact with
the floor when performing
(InteractCore).
• Performance:
– Holding Bacardi bottles.
– Holding glasses of wine.
– Male models as waiter to pour wine for
female models and vice versa.
– Bacardi bottles are put in ice buckets.

35. • A well-known bartender will be invited to perform. Bar desk would be
shifted so that everyone can see.
• Guests will enjoy bartender show and delicious cocktails.
36. • DJ’s performance.
• PGs and PBs give doorgifts and say goodbye gently.
37. • During the time guests enjoy the show, a team of Bacardi postmen will bring a
basket of flowers and Thank you cards to every guests’ house.
• They will also gently thank guests’ family for being a part of Bacardi.
• When guests come home, they will be very surprised at how Bacardi takes care
each of them and their family.
