While tempting, this process won’t yield transformative results;  Don’t Lead with Technology: Leading with the desired outcome allows for selection of the right tools to empower all mobile workers;  Don’t Default to Defaults: Migrating existing processes in sum to a new, mobile workflow is likely to introduce more pain than it alleviates
